PixelsCleared provides technical website tracking analysis. PixelsCleared does not provide legal advice, compliance certifications, or legal opinions. A scan report is a technical finding, not a legal determination.
3. Customer Responsibility
- You may only scan websites you own, operate, manage, or are authorized to assess
- You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization before scanning
- You must not scan third-party websites without permission
4. No Legal Advice
PixelsCleared provides technical findings about website tracking behavior. These findings are observable facts about network requests, cookies, and scripts. They are not legal conclusions about compliance, violations, or liability. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance obligations.
5. Payment Terms
- Free scans are available at no cost
- Paid reports and audits are charged at the listed price
- Monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly
- All prices are in USD
6. Refund Policy
No refunds on completed scan reports. Monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds are available within 30 days of the most recent charge.
7. Limitation of Liability
PixelsCleared provides technical analysis only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on scan reports, including legal, compliance, or business decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific scan report in question.
8. Intellectual Property
Scan reports are provided for your use. You may share reports with your legal counsel, compliance team, or web developers. You may not resell scan reports of websites you do not own.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorized scanning, abuse, or using scan results to threaten or harass website owners.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
