Manage Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.


Subscription management is handled through the billing settings in your PixelsCleared dashboard. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan or select a higher tier from the plan comparison.
  3. You will be redirected to a Stripe checkout page to confirm the upgrade.
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.
  5. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

After upgrading, new features are available immediately (for example, proof reports, custom rules, additional destination slots).

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Confirm the downgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features of your current plan until the downgrade activates.

If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (for example, you have more destinations connected than the lower plan allows), you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect. The dashboard will warn you about any conflicts.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation:

  • Your gateway tenant and destinations are preserved for 30 days.
  • Events will stop being forwarded when the subscription expires.
  • You can reactivate at any time during the 30-day grace period by resubscribing.
  • After 30 days, your tenant configuration and event history are permanently deleted.

Founder Pricing

If you subscribed during a founder pricing promotion, your 50% discount applies for the lifetime of your subscription. The discount is preserved through upgrades and downgrades as long as your subscription remains active.

Canceling and resubscribing after the founder promotion ends will result in standard pricing. Contact support before canceling if you want to preserve your founder rate.

Billing History

Your billing history, including invoices and payment receipts, is available in Settings > Billing. Click any invoice to download it as a PDF. All invoices are also sent to the email address on file with Stripe.
